Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the Institute of European Studies at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University. She completed her solicitor’s training and was entered into the list of attorneys kept by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wroclaw.

She advises on intellectual and industrial property law, personal data protection and enterprise know-how protection. As regards public procurement law, she provides comprehensive legal services to contractors
and ordering parties at each stage of the tender procedure. Effectively represents Clients in proceedings before the President of the Public Procurement Office (National Appeal of Chamber). She implements IT projects
in the private and public sector, in her current activity she also supports entities operating on the e-commerce market.

Conducts company establishment, transformation and merger projects, including special purpose vehicles, spin-offs, spin-outs and start-ups.
