Graduate of the University of Wroclaw, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, majoring in Law. She completed her solicitor’s training with honours and was entered on the list of attorneys by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wroclaw. Graduate of postgraduate studies at the College of Banking in Wroclaw, major: Public Procurement.

She has experience in providing day-to-day services to public sector entities, with particular focus on local government units, including public procurement from the perspective of the ordering party and the contractor. Represents Clients before the National Chamber of Appeal and in tender proceedings.

She deals with issues related to broadly defined commercial and civil law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. She has experience in drafting and providing opinions on commercial contracts for the IT sector in the scope of implementation, license and maintenance agreements. She has experience in the e-commerce industry, including the creation and maintenance of online stores.

She represents Clients before courts, administrative bodies and during commercial negotiations. She conducts current affairs resulting from conducting business activity in Poland, including formation of partnerships, companies, branches, making changes in corporate structures and initiating and monitoring registration processes related to such changes.

She provides comprehensive services to commercial law companies and advises on their day-to-day internal and external activities, including in the field of labour law, as well as advises members of company bodies.

Conducted and supervised the implementation of GDPR in a chain of grocery stores and
in commercial law companies.

She conducts open and closed trainings for the private and public sector on personal data protection with particular emphasis on the provisions of GDPR and on public procurement law. She is the author of substantive articles on legal aspects of doing business in Poland and contracts implemented using public funds.
